Once MICHELIN X TWEELS are bolted on, there is no air pressure to maintain, and the common problems of unseated beads and flat tires are completely eliminated.
Better Traction & Easier on Turf
The MICHELIN X TWEEL sits flat with equal ground pressure edge to edge, where as conventional tires apply more pressure in the center of the tire. The Tweel provides noticeably better stability on side hills and in wet soggy conditions. When conventional tires break traction they tend to kind of dig a hole due to the pressure concentrated in the center of the tire, whereas if the Tweels break traction they tend to leave more of a flat slide mark.
Long Wear Life
The MICHELIN X TWEEL's high performance compounds and an efficient contact patch are designed to provide a long wear life that is two to three times that of a pneumatic tire at equal tread depth.
